Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection regulations.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original packaging and invoice.
Return Policy
Products may be returned within 14 days from receipt if they are unused and in their original packaging.
Defective products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date after inspection by the authorized service center when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
Physical damage caused by misuse.
Broken screens, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.
Missing accessories, packaging, or invoice.
Software issues resulting from customer modifications.
Opened screen protectors, earphones, or hygiene-related accessories.
Mobile Phones & Electronic Devices
Mobile phones and electronic devices are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty according to the warranty terms.
Any manufacturing defect is subject to inspection by the authorized service center.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by the store.
